Everyone says to just wait about another week and the cold weather should be gone for the most part! Yea! I have to tell you that these tulips make me so happy. I almost pulled this out when I first saw it growing because I thought it was a random weed! (shows what I know about how things look when they first grow!) I never knew tulips were planted on the side of our house, and now there are about 80 buds waiting to open! I don't know if you realize that I have ALWAYS wanted to have tulips in my yard, and these were just a complete surprise!
You know it must be warming up because Natalie is barefoot!
Last Saturday Geoff's dad came over and helped us prepare the soil for our garden. I am excited to grow my first garden!
More tulip buds.... any day now they will open!
