The kids and I are having a really great time here in Pinetop. My parents live right across the street from a lake, so the kids think the first thing they have to do when they get here is go feed the ducks. It was fun to have my sister Andrea, and my sister Melissa and her kids here with us this last weekend, too. It was just a great big party! My parents just eat up all the grandkids, and the kids love them just as much! We do miss Geoff, though, and can't wait to see him!
Tonight my dad came home early from work and told everyone that we were going fishing. We drove over to Fred's Lake (a private lake where you are guaranteed to catch a fish, and then you pay per ounce for it), but they were closed. We then drove back over to the lake across the street from my parents house to fish. Staci, of course, wasn't interested, and Natalie lasted 5 minutes, so my Mom and I took them back home. Jackson and my Dad stayed and fished until Jackson caught something. Way-to-go, Jackson!! It was delicious, too!
