This is the view from our kitchen window this morning. Beautiful, huh? Until you go out in it!! I don't feel quite ready for snow yet, but I guess it's pretty common to have snow in October, and really I shouldn't complain, 'cause we had a gorgeous summer!

We got lots of this yucky stuff too. About a foot of it...I am not ready for winter either!
We woke up to about half an inch. It snowed all day and there is currently no snow to be seen.

I just heard on the news that we had 6-8 inches of snow here today. Of course, most of it melted, but it IS crazy!!
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!! That's a LOT of snow!!!!!!! WOW! So glad I'm not there! I LOVE to SEE it, so keep posting beautiful pictures, but I am not ready to FEEL it!!! Love and miss you!
I'm glad we were gone last weekend and didn't have to deal with it!!
Wow! It's still in the 80's here--maybe you could send a little of the cooler stuff our way--I wouldn't mind!

That is insane! I wouldn't even know what to do with myself in snow. They say it snows a little in DC but nothing like what you got. Im glad you are enjoying it.
Clear and sunny, high about 72°. Short sleeves, windows open. That's what it is like today in Pinetop-Lakeside. Sorry about the snow!
